Entwicklung einer Freiflächenkonzeption für ein touristisches Zentrum auf einer Fläche von rund 238 ha. Das Projekt umfasst alle Infrastruktureinrichtungen einer Kleinstadt und wird für Iranische Gäste konzipiert.
